I believe the the University story is suitable for the target audience as it is something all college students can relate to as they will all be thinking about the cost effectiveness of going to university and is therefore a serious story. If i were to do this assignment again i would get people who were for and against going to university to create a less biased view on the subject. My presentation style could have been more relaxed during the interviews and the technical editing side could have been a little better by leaving more of a time gap between the questions and answers. I decided only to use one quote from Olivia as only one fitted the question well, i chose non from Matt at his answering wasn't to relaxed and his reply's didn't suit the point i was getting across in the interview.
I chose to do a news story on the Berlin trip as an informative news story. I believe the story itself came across well to the target audience as the target audience are students and some of the students listening will be going on the trip or may have a chance next year to go on a similar trip so will find the information in the story useful. The story worked well because all the questions i asked were answered in full and very informative. I edited and cut down some of the reply's so there would be less of a gap in between the questions and answers.
